We ship both locally and worldwide.
Local orders take 1 - 3 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 3 - 7 business days. This is due because as a company we currently have limited staffing, (Just one person, which is me, the owner of the brand), to carry out and fulfill hundreds of orders. I am currently working on Hiring staff to decrease the days between shipping dates.

Why is international shipping so expensive?
The reason why shipping is so expensive for international shoppers is because the cheaper shipping services haven't had the best luck with keeping up with tracking, and have lost orders during shipping on more than one occasion. Orders would also take up to 2- 3 months in order to arrive.
To prevent this from happening, majority of all international orders will be shipped through DHL. International orders take 3 - 6 business days to be delivered via Carrier DHL, and we ship within same 3 - 7 business days.
Production and Pre-Orders
If you're left wondering why your order hasn't shipped in a few days or even weeks, odds are your order is a pre-order and you just weren't aware of it.
How do I know if my order is a Pre-Order?
If You go to the product Page, and look under the description, the product details will indicate wether if your item is in fact a pre-order or not.
Pre-Order Production can realistically take from 6 - 8 weeks depending on the item and however long it takes to finalize production. Once the Inventory arrives, all orders will be shipped out on a timely manner.
Returns and Refunds
Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:
- If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
- Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
- To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- For returns, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
- Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
- Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
- When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
- If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - we will ship your package within X business days.
